Hi! I'm from Scotland, born in a small town about 17km from Glasgow which is the biggest city there.

I studied French language and literature at Glasgow University, spending one year in France in the Isère region - between Lyon and Grenoble – in the course of my studies. Two years after graduation I trained to be a teacher and for several years I taught Modern Languages in Scottish secondary schools, latterly in Edinburgh.

In Spain I lived for a time in Madrid and have now have been in Pamplona for about a year and a half. I have spent just over six years teaching English where I have had a variety of experience such as Pre-School, Primary, Secondary and Adults.

It has taken me some time to settle in Pamplona but slowly but surely I'm getting used to living here and I’m enjoying the proximity to the Pyrenees and to France.
