Hola, mi nombre es Julia Lawes y llevo viviendo en España durante mis últimos 3 años, uno y medio en Pamplona; antes he vivido en Madrid y Barcelona. Entiendo perfectamente vuestros esfuerzos en aprender ingles, ya que yo he pasado por lo mismo intentando aprender español en estos últimos años.

Con relación a mis datos académicos cabe resaltar que soy licenciada en Diseño Técnico y un Master en Gestión y Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos, todo ello realizado en el Reino Unido. Así mismo, soy miembro del "Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development".

Mi experiencia profesional en Pamplona empezó en ESIC hasta que me embarqué en el presente proyecto con CNAI. Cuando vivía en Barcelona trabajé en un par de empresas; por una parte, Visit Barcelona SL como responsable de atención al cliente y RR HH, y por otra, Affiliated Computer Systems, Inc siendo responsable de RR HH en un proyecto para General Motors Inc. Antes de trasladarme a España, mi experiencia profesional en el Reino Unido se centra en el campo de Recursos Humanos (Reclutamiento y Selección, Formación y Desarrollo, etc.).

Por lo que se puede ver, mis puntos fuertes en el campo laboral son la selección, formación y el desarrollo de habilidades y potenciales individuales, e incluso la motivación, por lo que no dudes en acudir a mi para todo aquello en lo que te pueda ayudar.

Para acabar, sólo remarcar que mi objetivo para con todos vosotros, es desarrollar a todos los alumnos es sus conocimientos y habilidades en inglés, pero al mismo tiempo, disfrutando del proceso de aprendizaje.

Hello, my name is Julia Lawes and I've been in Spain for 3 years, one and a half of which in Pamplona, before this I spent a year in Barcelona and Four months in Madrid. For all of you that are struggling trying to learn English believe me I have been there and am still trying to learn Spanish as some of you will already know. My education history beginning with the most recent was a Master in Human Resources Management at Thames Valley University Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in London and before that I did a BSc (Hons) Degree in Technical Design.

I have worked in Pamplona in ESIC School of Business English until this year, some of you might remember me from open groups. Before moving here I worked for Affiliated Computer Systems, Inc. (an international outsourcing company) and was responsible for the Human Resources team managing the HR for General Motors in England. I also worked is a company called Visit Barcelona, SL . as a team leader or the sales and Human Resources departments. Before moving to Spain I was working in Training and development and am also qualified to do psychometric testing so if any of you are unfortunate enough to have to under go this in English let me know and maybe I can help.

My experience has been mostly in giving training and helping people realize there potential. I am also a member of the chartered institute of personnel and development.
